If you have qualified in the UK (including Northern Ireland) since April 2006 then you can apply for a Competency Certificate here.
The certificate costs £25 and can be sent to either the relevant NHS board or your home address. Please click the below button to start the process in obtaining your own certificate.
IMPORTANT CHANGES – before Acuity can issue you a Competency Certificate you must send us a copy of your exam pass letter from your college or university OR a full GOC number (starting 01-…). If you are unsure as to whether you have the appropriate documentation or GOC number please email info@acuityscotland.org where one of our staff will be happy to advise you.
