Acuity are very please to announce two excellent courses coming up in the next few months.
The first is You Will Never Test Alone – a friendly environment to discuss your optometric queries, featuring workshops on:
- Anterior Assessment with slit lamp and other instruments
- Vitreous and Central retinal assessment
- Peripheral retinal assessment
- The top ten red eye conditions and their management
- Visual fields
This event will be held on Sunday 28 August 2011 at the LOTT Clinic, Edinburgh and is an excellent course for anyone lacking in confidence, or simply wishes to brush up on their skills. Places cost £90 and are extremely limited so book now to avoid disappointment!
The second course is Britain’s Got Therapeutics – an international standard course featuring Professor Greg Black of the Broward Eye Clinic of Nova Southeastern in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. If you were at our Gonioscopy course in 2010, then you will already know what an excellent lecturer Professor Black is, along with his assistant Ms Julie Tyler. Presentations will include:
- 3D Slides on Gonioscopy
- An Optic Nerve Workshop
- Red Eye lecture
- UK Prescribing Practices
